Intentional Prayer

I stink at this.

Honestly, I lack in the praying department big time.

Prayer, for one reason or another, is difficult for me to do. I seem to be that guy that says, "Oh, don't worry, I'll be praying for you," and then never follows through. The only time I seem to pray, is when someone is doing it for me. There seems to be a block in communication between myself and the Big Guy upstairs.

Any simple, intentional prayer ideas? I'll be praying for your responses ;) Dang it. Probably not. See!
