Oh, no Ryan! Are you okay? Did you get injured at all? I'm not trying to be "Debbie Downer" or anything, but I was rear-ended in 1999, and that was the start of all my lower back/hip problems. So BE SURE you get completely checked out and get ALL the treatment you need before settling. Insurance will cover it ALL. Maybe this is your chance to step into the world of mini-vans. :) Ha! It's unbelievable how I used to D.E.S.P.I.S.E. them, and now my dream car is a Honda Odyssey. Dork!

The worst part? I just paid it off last month! Now we are going to have another car payment again. Dang it!
you just paid it off??? sheesh! how much will insurance cover tho?
It will definitely be under its real value. It all depends on what her insurance company thinks. We'll fnd out this week probably.
