More like a SPENDING package to create the biggest growth of government ever seen. The greatest administrative team ever created? Sure, if tax cheats and critical job vacancies are your thing. Tax cuts for 95% of working Americans? I was hoping for more than $13/week as new legislation piles on thousands of new tax monies.
